Mindfulness is for Everybody

Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress responses, and manage anxiety. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment, so we can focus on ourselves!

As we become more present in our lives and in relation to others, it can help us to make better decisions and be more fully engaged in life.

Mindfulness is even being used in therapies for psychological or autoimmune conditions like chronic pain, psoriasis, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder. For example, mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy has been used for depression and other anxiety disorders.

But of course, mindfulness can help you manage your thoughts even during daily stressors and pressures at work, home, or school!
